About the Facilitator:
Carmine Leo was the first active, fully accredited trainer in North America approved by Genos to train and certify coaches and HR professionals in the application of the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment. He has been a member of the Genos Accredited Network since December 2003 and has trained and certified over a hundred and twenty executive coaches throughout the US in the use, application and delivery of the Genos EI Assessment and its associated coaching methodologies.
In addition to working with his own executive clients, he has acted as project manager and mentor for these coaches, supporting them in over sixty corporate emotional intelligence development initiatives with companies across America.
Core Content in the 3-day training:
Day 1 - Focus on assessing emotional intelligence based on the Genos EI model, what are the seven dimensions, what are the high and low behaviors associated with those dimensions, and what are the interactions among and between dimensions, EI history and research data.
Day 2 - Focus on the Genos EI Assessment, what are the questions and how is it scored, how do we deliver, interpret and debrief the results, how do we enhance EI using the Genos enhancement methodology, how to develop EI workshops and presentations of any length, 1-on-1 and group coaching strategies.
Day 3 - Focus on Marketing and Sales, tailoring Genos methodology to your client's specific needs, logistics and cost considerations, how to make an ROI from this program, more on EI enhancement methodology.
